Hi,
I'm 5'6.5 or 169 cm barefoot, ~168cm wingspan and 72cm inseam. Here is a pic:

So, my legs are super short despite the fact that i'm almost 5'7, I think other fellow 5'7 men look taller than me because of this short leg issue.
I'm thinking of doing LL to gain 5 or 6cm, there are however two questions:
1) femur or tibia?
2) internal or external?
Opinions are welcomed and also I would appreciate any help with doing mockups of 5cm gain on femur and 5cm on tibia

The most important things for me are minimize the chances of complications and which bone lengthened looks better (more proportionate).
I know almost nothing about proportions but I have the feeling that in my case longer tibia will look better than a longer femur.
BTW I would really appreciate if someone can help me with 2 mockups; one for tibia and another for femur.
