Very curious to the answer of this question:
Is it pretty much guaranteed that if you lengthen 5-6 inches, you will look like an alien/very much disproportionate? for example, im 5'9, with about a 5'10 wingspan. If i lengthen 5 inches to about 6'2 and a half will i look absolutely terrible?

No 6 inches will definitely keep you in proportion, I suggest you do 8 and if you look a bit alien who cares, you will be over 2 meters
I also recommend Dr Sarin he has a good reputation for big amounts

Okay but with those stats of mine how would 6 inches look normal, like even 5 because my arms would be short

I mean what do you think? Obviously it'll look alien and your gait/walk and range of motion in general will be pretty . Don't fall for the two surgeries meme, that's pretty hardcore and you likely won't do a second one after your first.
