Hi,

Most people in the forum wrote 7 cm (health) and 8 cm (max) for the femur.

If there is 8 cm, does the +1 cm difference have long-term health disadvantages?

Does it cause long-term trouble for 8 cm femur?

I couldn't decide 7 cm or 8 cm.

Thanks.

Can't speak to health advantages, and im sure most of us can't because they wouldnt know the difference of the two since they didnt choose both 7cm or 8cm for femurs its one or the other, but from a typical ll point of view and mind set I would say as long as you listen to your body and permits it, go for the extra 1cm since it's almost half and inch and every extra bit of height helps most of us on this forum in our situation.

Yes, 1 cm is important.

But for 1 cm, nobody wants to live the rest of his life, like a cripple 7 cm vs 8 cm for femur
