Some Chinese patients were really hardcore, lengthening 10cm or even more. Some peoples' bodies can handle a lot of lengthening.

just go over my diary I made videos describing all you are asking. If I can imagine something similar its maybe like stabbing a piece of wood in your ass and live with it for many months.
