Do you walk like before once the ilizarov frames are removed??
Can you run after 1 year, in 5cm case?
What are the prices and does it include additional surgery in case something goes wrong?
If i follow everything doctors say to me, what are the chances of serious complications?
How long does it take to preorder the surgery, i mean like from the first visit to the surgery,how long is that?
Will i feel any pain a year after the surgery if i do 5cm?

12500 euros for 3 months all inclusive. after that 1000 if you live in the clinic, any surgery or complication as long as is not your fault it is covered by the clinic.

I would just recommend to you if you want to do this, you must have a "no guarantees" type of mind set. Dr. barinov will put your health number 1, so as long as you follow all he says, which most people don't, you really have very little chances of serious complications. As a matter fact, he would not allow you to keep lengthening if something is really wrong. Knee contraction and ballerina are the most serious problems, and if any of these happen is usually because of people laziness.

Quick update, we had a long weekend because of women's international day, Monday no one worked and this place was empty which kinda of made me go super lazy, i managed to walk about 3 to 4 hours a day on this weekend. Today tuesday, I already walked 3 hours and is about 2:25pm so Im confident I will do my usual 7 or 8 hours!))))
I asked my doctor to do mock up pic for me with 5 more cms on my femur so here it is:

I don't usually advocate more than 10cm of lengthening but you look better at 177 than 172.
I don't know if this is just me but at 172, I think your femur is too short.

You have better proportions at 172cm.
But as we all know, the difference between 172cm and 177cm is almost night and day.
In this case, more height > better proportions.
We have the same starting height as I am 163cm. My target is 176 - 180cm.
