i can not run for more than a minute feeling pain on my muscles etc...
my calf muscles are stiff for the most part....
life is as always great, and sometimes i can not believe I was so small before hahaha!! i still feel short...
everything is good besides what i said...
i can squat and dead lift, i do it as part of my workout,, more reps less weight..
so i dead lift last time 3 set of 15 reps for 130 pounds. i could do a lot more but no rush...
i dont do leg press i heard they are bad for the knee.
not much to say.. hasta la vista amigos..
