I will be expected to join the armed forces where running 2 miles a day will be a daily thing, alongside being on my feet. The longest I could possibly have is 9 months before I start. Can I do it? I'd like 8cm on femurs. Additionally, I am a nurse and I stand 12 hours a day. Will this be a terrible idea in the long run?

I am thinking of using 500mg of testosterone injection weekly for increase of bone density at 6 month in while working out. I hope this will aid in recovery.

Wouldn’t take that, just take vitamins and supplements and eat sleep and exercise good but not too hard
