Hi there,

I've seen this program in the UK called Agrowbics which the creator claims anyone can gain a permanent height increase of between 2cm-5cm. He claims he himself gained 5cm from 5'7 to 5'9.

I'm thinking this just really builds on the whole spinal compression thing and trying to make the gains lost over the course of a day. But I reached out to the instructor and he's offering online sessions. Might be worth a try? Again I'm just looking to get any small increase before I go for surgery.

Thts not true bro kind of a hoax....read the article properly u will understand....whn there is no bone growth thn u can't expect to grow taller and spinal compression and decompression gives u a max. of 1 inch tht too depending on ur torso length or spinal structure length.

Exactly what he said. You can train to keep your spine at max height throughout the day by limiting the weight bearing and also stretching every morning but at the end of the day you will still lose a tiny bit of height. Other than that and LL there is nothing else to do to become taller.

I'm aware it doesn't affect bone growth but I'm just curious as to how he claims that the height gain is permanent.

Probably but I think he's not really doing much more than the usual exercises one encourages to reduce spinal decompression that could easily be achieved through pilates and the Alexander Technique. It's about £480 for 6 classes apparently. Might be worth a try for a laugh but then again that would be a rather expensive way of having a laugh.
