Well it seems that round kicking can spur the growth of the lateral and medial malleolus. I am wondering if anyone by any accident knew about it and kept doing it. If any plz tell me if it really can make sense.

yeah i had a tough time with pt after ll and honestly some days just getting out of bed was a struggle, did you try incorporating round kicking into your daily routine or was it more of a casual thing for you?
