This is the second post you have made on your proportions, are you seeking reassurance from other users? I'll be completely honest, you have very long tibias and legs in general. From the information in that thread, you have an incredibly long inseam (90CM) for your height (178CM), which is over 50% and proportionally are outside the normal range for leg proportion to your height. Honestly, I wouldn't advise you lengthen at all, you have a good height and you're proportionally the worst candidate for cosmetic leg lengthening. If you're wanting to lengthen do as little as possible and in the femurs (Your initial goal of 10CM would put you at 53%) but accept that your proportions will only look further away from the norm. You are the one who has to make the decision.
