I know that there’s a lot of useless posts on here selling snake oil ways to get taller outside of LL. It’s important to note that this won’t work if your growth plates have fused. And for those users who’s growth plates have not fused, your brain is probably not completely developed. I’m not saying that as an insult but 1. This method will effect brain development to some degree and 2. This method will have long term side effects that need to be heavily considered. I know a lot of y’all are anxious about height but this method is arguably more sketchy than LL.
