I'm mostly making this thread for the people under 16 and their parents who may get here from Google, and are worried their son / sons / children are short and not growing as much as they expected.

Short, concise, layman article on what you need to know:
https://www.empr.com/news/adding-aromatase-inhibitors-to-growth-hormone-may-boost-boys-height/article/487464/

Studies:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28859208
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28977209

Aromatase Inhibitors can delay growth plate closure. Coupled with HGH treatment, the height gains in youth can be bigger than without AIs.

However, if you also got here from Google, remember this is not a medical site. Consult with all the appropriate doctors before messing with anything regarding the endocrine system, or really just your body in general. HGH treatment may be dangerous (even fatal) for certain groups of people with preexisting conditions they're unaware of. Do all the tests you need to do beforehand. Don't do this if you haven't taken all the necessary precautions.

The science on AIs + HGH treatment is still evolving. It is promising for height increase in adolescents, granted you can afford it, but do your research properly.

Yep. The results of HGH treatment are much better with aromatase inhibitors (anastrozole, letrozole).

If short members of this forum ever end up marrying short women and are worried their sons are gonna be short and face the heightism we had to face, this is seemingly the most effective direct treatment at the time of my writing. Make sure your child gets good nutrition, with lots of protein, and also good sleep and a stress-free environment. Do everything that you can to avoid early childhood diseases and infections too.

AIs are triazolic compounds that can induce or suppress cytochrome P450 enzymes, interfering with metabolism of other compounds. Hydroxilation, N-dealkylation and glucoronidation are involved in the metabolism of AIs. Drug interactions can occur with azole antifungals, such as ketoconazole, by inhibiting CYP3A4 and by reducing the clearance of AIs. Antiepileptic drugs (lamotrigine, phenobarbital, and phenytoin) also inhibit aromatase. Concomitant use of phenobarbital or valproate has a synergistic effect on aromatase inhibition. Therefore, it is important to understand the pharmacokinetics of AIs, recognizing and avoiding possible drug interactions and offering a safer prescription profile of this class of aromatase inhibitors.

Full text. (With some very important information one should know beforehand, mostly on the drug interactions section. You'll also still need to consult a doctor beforehand.)

Again, always consult with the appropriate doctors first and take all necessary precautions. Avoid this route if it is not for you or your children.

Anyone reading this   right now take it fast as you can or you will end up reading and arguing with autists on LL forums like me, don’t even think about it, mow lawns, buy a prepaid visa gift card, have it dropped off at some sketchy friend’s house who has an absent/single mom, you have a chance to make it. Sprint right now, don’t take this lightheartedly, every day counts.

This is a very good point, and solid advice. Forget the under 16 title though, it should be for those under 20-21 years old that dont think they are fully developed, as in they cant grow a beard yet. Or if they feel that they are still in puberty. Like @CaptainAmerica said, whatever you can do to get your hands on HGH, that is your ONLY hope of growing several inches if you are under 20 with open growth plates. Injectable HGH is the best method for this. Ibutamoren is still effective, and if you cant inject HGH no matter how much you've tried to get access to it, then drink reduced fat milk, 1-2% and im talking about at least half a gallon per day. And also take Ibutamoren at the same time along with the use of an AI. Preferably Letrozole. I low dosed Letro and with legit HGH injections i grew 5 inches from ages 18-21. Do your research before trying any of this, another point is that calcium and protein are indeed very important, so make sure you are getting all the vitamins your body needs for proper growth.

you will hardly obtain hgh
at 16 it's already a struggle to obtain them, but later it's quite impossible
but it can be more easy in some countries

Wouldn't Aromasin be the best AI for this? It is perfect for this use.

Most males are done growing by 18. For a majority of this forum, they were done at 16, which is I chose this title. If anyone wants to be sure whether their growth plates are still open, they need to go to a doctor and get x-rays.

What was your dose on HGH and letrozole?
