Jeff Goldblum is 194cm (6'3")

He looks fine when he is covered up
Another real life example why proportions aren't important.

Here he is not covered up

very true but like I have said before. Arm length shouldn't be a problem since you can also lengthen your arms.

Spending more than one second thinking about proportions is fking pointless. Period, end of fking story!

Shoulders this, arms that, leg/torso ratio. Blah blah blah...

All that matters is that you go to a good safe doctor who doesn't allow you or encourage you to lengthen some ridiculous amount like 10cm on a single bone segment. If they do, run for your life! This is of course why Sysop-Apotheosis looks like a half man-half praying mantis, and would probably never wear a tucked in shirt with a belt for as long as he lives.

99% of people lengthening with a good safe doctor, will naturally max out around 7cm on the femur and around 6cm on the tibia. At that point you'd be better off banging your head against the wall, compared to worrying about proportions.
