If I have anterior pelvic tilt from bad posture at school and when im at home how much height is lost from this posture.
Would I be deluding myself saying I would be 3.5 cm taller for example ?

Probably less than 2cm, obviously it depends on severity though. If your posture is extremely bad like a mountain climber on everest you'll obviously gain quite a bit
