I meditate 40 mins a day and it has been life-changing for me, increased focus, less anxiety, better mood. Game changer. But It is a bit of a time commitment, I’m wondering if anyone has been able to keep meditating throughout the process (if they’re already a meditator). I feel like it would help a lot to stay focused and calm, but when you’re in pain idk if it’s possible or not.
