Bull crap I work graveyard and some days I don't even go to bed so by that logic I'll be 5"6 which  is not true as I seen that I'm the same height in comparison to others, maybe a half inch at most shorter or taller but no where near two inches. If that was the case people might as well stay in bed for 3 days to grow instead of the painful surgery.

Ask politely for members, regarding your question, no you cant do anything, its rare to happen if it does happen then it may be 1 or 2 mm at most cases, Good luck
