And has anyone managed to Correct it with certain exercises?Don't want it getting worse as i get older and it's to minor for corrective surgery.Plus would probably get a bit of height out of it lol.

Yes I do as well as a lot of the athletes from my high school and college did it is a common theme. Minor scoliosis is actually a pretty natural look since so many people have it whether diagnosed or undiagnosed.

So is there anything that can be done to fix it?I just heard it gets worse as you age which was my main concern.

Go to an orthopedist and tell him of your concerns.

Symptoms of scoliosis may include having:

  • Uneven shoulder blades with one being higher than the other

Thanks for the info i've had a diagnosis from a doctor already.Will more than likely see an orthopedist.
