Im planning to do the surgery next year, but the more i read the more doubts i get.
Femur? tibia? i dont know... prefer tibias because are cheaper.

What reallly concerns me is the disporpotion between the femur and the tibia. That if I lengthen the tibias the knee level will look odd and dispropotionate consideering the lengh of the full leg.

Im 169 with 89cm of sitting height so body/legs ratio is pretty good.

Yeah i should get the xrays first i know.

Tibias are more expensive unless you are doing externals. If your proportions are normal, which you will need X-rays to know, 5-6cm will not be noticeable.
