Don't. You're on the petite side but you're not stocky or stubby looking. You have good proportions and any adjustments will make you look awkward

I say do it, you'll look fine. Your femurs are not that long so internal femurs are the way to go.
I say 6cm internal femurs first, if you want more the limit is 5cm external tibias (for safety)
PS.: Lady please, you mustn't stand on top of the toilet, ever! These things can break, I've heard about people who got injured. Please be careful!

Your femurs already look short, if you do tibias it'll look absurd imo.

I actually made a typo and mixed up the femurs and tibia bones when typing. I meant the thigh bone. Ive contacted Dr Jamal and he too suggested thighbones. He did say up to 7 cm might be okay but Id rather go for a consultation before making any decisions.
I don't remember correctly but quite a few people had complications on an old forum with dr. Jamal.
Besides for his price you can get Precise 2 lengthening(as far as i know Jamal uses his own clicking nail).
From whom would I be able to get this surgery for? Im very new to this honestly.

anyways best doctors for internal are Paley, Guichet, Betz and Rozbruch. You can find others but if you can afford on of those its will be better
and your height is more than enough, where are you from if you let me ask
