Hey guys I’m 5’11, I’ve saved up for quadrilateral surgery and would really like to lengthen 4-6 inches total. The problem is that I feel like my arms and torso are too short, so I might look comical if I lengthen by that much. What do you guys think?

What's your wingspan ?  It will look funny if you cross the wingspan too much. Also the femur and tibia at the same time is very risky.

I’m new to the forum, for some reason I can’t attach a picture to the post. Is it possible to dm you in some way? Regardless, my wingspan is equal to my current height, I think that the bigger problem in my case is my torso, to me it looks like it’s really short for my height.

-5" ape index sounds like it would look weird. Re torso, what's your sitting height?

That's a great sitting height for LL. Your SHR would be fine post your LL goals.

You are looking like a normal person. You can look fine either way. Femur or tibia. Quadri I would stay away from personally but because of other reasons.

Btw wingspan is not important because it takes shoulder length into account. arm length is more important if anything.
