Hi Im 17 years old. I feel that I didn't grow "correctly" as a teen. Or I still have room to grow (hopefully!). Anyway here are my stats :
Ethnicity : Chinese
Height : 175cm
Arm span : 185cm
What do you guys think about the proportions?

LOL you're 17. you should be still growing.
And 175 is an okay height for an Asian.
I won't comment much about your arm span to height ratio since I don't really delve much into those topics.

That's not "stats"
Whats your sitting height, length of arms, length of legs, shoulder width and femur to tibia ratio?
What do you mean by " I didn't grow correctly" ?

They aren't all accurate, But most seem to be close if not on point.
Ulna: 184cm
Demi-span: 195cm
Knee height: 176.51cm (my tibias seems to be slightly taller if not the same length than my femurs)
