For me,I'm also suffering from muscae volitantes,which can bring black-pointed floaters and transparent floaters into my sight.

And yea...that's annoying as hell.

What's worse,I'm studying CS in my college...

I have mild to moderate scoliosis, which two separate LL surgeons independently discovered as well.  Fortunately it won’t prevent me from doing this, but it prompted me to start PT for that as well.

Maybe you can gain 1cm or so

Scoliosis treatment kinda sucks . I have had it with 15 or so got Pt it improved now it‘s back (no pun intended) but yea 1-2cm can be achieved by treating it.

Bad posture made it go come back?
I went to the chiropractor for a while. But I do have really bad posture, hope I can get 1-2cm back. But When I santd with my best posture I'm 167-168, so I don't know if there's a place for more height, since thats my height with perfect posture
