To me it's noticeable only because her forehand is noticeably small in comparison. I do think anything plus 5CM between height and wingspan could look off. At the same time my biggest focus was her leg to body relation and tibia to femur proportion rather then simply the arms.

Dont you think its so weird for 7 cm? it doesnt look like 7 cm lt looks more than that

And her hands cant even reach her pockets (it cant be related to LL unless you lengthen your torso
