Hey all, been a longtime lurker. Real-life obligations finally allowed me to do limb lengthening, which I've been doing since 20 May. I'm doing LON tibias in Vietnam, starting height was 174 cm and my goal was 181 cm. Now that I'm coming up on 6 cm, however, I've been reassessing. My condition is very good - I have almost no equinus, no involuntary knee contraction, and I can walk with relative ease still. I have no pain during PT, very minimal pain while walking, and no pain while inactive.

I've been given the go-ahead to continue lengthening to 7 cm by my doctor. However, I'm thinking that maybe I should stop while everything's green, rather than risk excessive damage for one more centimeter. From what I've read on the forum over the years, the majority of your post-recovery athletic ability is lost between 6-7 cm, which is another factor. I'll sleep on it for a couple more nights, but does anybody who lengthened to 7 cm (or around there) wanna weigh in?

Some stats from before lengthening:
R Tibia: 35.8 cm
L Tibia: 35.6 cm
R Femur: 41.5
L Femur: 41.4

It wasn't my intent to scam or to perpetuate a scam, if that website I sent you is bogus that's my bad. I didn't actually use the website, I used their WhatsApp number to book my surgery. I checked just now, and that WhatsApp number is the same one I messaged. In any case, do what you will. I only linked their website because it was one of the questions you asked, if you hadn't asked it I never would've brought it up.

At 5.7 cm - Stop at 6 or continue to 7?
