I am referring to height being a negative to getting hired, rude comments, et cetera.

What's wrong with me making threads? Each thread is about a different topic anyway.

Note that this is a very subjective question and there are no hard answers.

The first three threads are different topics/somewhat reasonable, I meant to post these:

Could a short man have a good social and dating life if he is very rich?

At what height are you no longer considered short to women?

As a short guy you are basically relegated to fat girls

At what height does workplace height discrimination stop?

Yea just go look through those threads if you want the answer to your questions.

13 year old emo kids who cut themselves listening to my chemical romance have more self-esteem than you. Height is the least of your problems

I'm not delusional about the surgery at all. I'm going to get it to go from 5'8 to 5'10. I have no other expectations for the surgery.

I'm not talking about that. I'm talking of all the threads you keep making that are retarded.

Yes, I wouldn't categorize this as delusion, but neurosis. "Height neurosis" is a term after all, we're victims of it in varying levels; we're here participating in this forum after all (that includes you too, lurkers).

Quoteneurosis: a relatively mild mental illness that is not caused by organic disease, involving symptoms of stress (depression, anxiety, obsessive behavior, hypochondria) but not a radical loss of touch with reality.

To make it clear if it wasn't already, I don't deem neurosis a bad thing. But I do recommend that you look for existing studies about this before posting, as anchoring a discussion by sharing an article/study will foster better discussion. Even combining similar questions would do better in the long run, since right now it's scattering similar responses across multiple threads.
