Hello guys.

This will sound stupid and silly question but what the hell...since i'm obsessed with height (aren't we all here? hehe) i'd like to know if you guys think it's possible to lose permanent height gradually by carrying a backpack in the back?

I'm asking this because everyday i have to walk like 1 mile or maybe a little less with a backpack loaded with stuff. I'm not talking about lots of weight, less than 10% of my body weight.

Well, i hope not!

And there you go, my crazy question for the month lol.

Thank you all.

My grandma would always tell me that carrying books in my backpack on the way to school would make me short and look what happened.

LOL. Grandmothers are the same all over. Mine saw me doing heavy squats in high school and said it would keep me from ever getting taller. I guess she was right...until recently.  Backpack
