Before and after pictures?

I'm looking to do 5.5cm on femurs and 4.5cm on tibias to reach 5'10... I've been looking for before and after pictures to see if there is any "noticeable" difference like very long legs, short arms and short torsos but I can't find any pictures.... any help?
