Be skeptic with diaries where author claims full recovery but there is no proofs of full recovery. If the guy claims he can jump, sprint and lift weights, but there is no video of him doing it, it most likely fake. If he lengthened huge amounts, did two segments or went to a crap doctor, it's definitely fake.
If someone is posting pictures wearing soccer shoes or with a snowboard board but you don't see the guy doing, it is fake.
No.

Are you?
No, I'm not. I believe you will post videos at some point.
My main inspiration to do this thread was this:

I could make a challenge. If this guy post a video snowboarding, it doesn't need to be a very hard track, he can post a bitcoin address and a give him 1000 dollars in bitcoins
But it's not only this. I believe most people are sedentary and they are ok because they can drive to the work, work sit looking for computer, go home stay sit looking for tv.
CLL is not for someone who want to be competitive in any sport. Wee need to say that. It's not my case. I'm not competitive sportguy.

and dont commit until u meet doctor.
You understand what I wanted with this thread. What other people (sedentary) claim to be 100% recovery may be something very different from you.
I'm not saying people are not having "satisfactory" recovery, which is subjective. I'm skeptic with what they mean is satisfactory.

"in most cases nothing bad will happen."
Well, I don't consider this answer good enough.

I known nobody here owns me anything. You are not required to make a diary, much less to post videos just to end the skepticism of someone who you will never met. I just like to see some videos of recovering.

I not particularly interested in sprinting, long jumps or squatting, but these are very easy benchmarks everybody can do without training. If you like trekking, for example, it makes no sense asking someone to record himself walking 20km with 10kg backpack up the hill and down the hill. If you like muay thai, makes no sense asking someone to record himself doing it without training.
Recording yourself running some distance or lifting some weight or jumping is very easy.
