Blurred face videos

Anybody know a way i can create videos of me with my face blurred and the blur follow my face through out the video? Cant seem to figure it out.

Here is what you want to do... record a video with your phone. Upload that video to YouTube...click advanced settings and/or editor and you will see an option to "Blur Faces". 

Click on that and YouTube does an excellent job to blur the face.
