Do you think after LL and you put back on a   Ton of muscle you will still look stocky because of your original torso?

Sorry not sure what stocky mean. Do you mean tryiņg to become like the body shape that comes from work out after LL?

Yes! Like people who are naturally taller non LL their torso grows with their legs. They have bigger bones and more space to fill. If you look at a 5”8 aesthetic build guy and look at a 6”3 you will see that even though talking about torso the shorter dude looks like a short dude with muscles I’ll send examples. With LL are you still gonna look like a short dude on stilts? Or will your body fill out with muscle the same? https://imgur.com/a/NLMoOuD

For sure doable. Wider shoulders will enhance proportions for post-LL height. Don't slack on training shoulders

And TRAPS! increasing traps makes your torso longer because it transforms into your neck
