im 179 cm
everyone in my family is 183 cm+
it really sucks man and thats how height dysphoria develops.

Well, it does suck when your the shortest in your family. No offence intended man but you really don't need this like some of us who are actually short. Your height is tall in many countries and average if your in europe.
