Budget of $17,000?

For my budget I've really been looking at Mitkovic or Solomin, but I spoke to another user that said he spent about $20,000 in total with Mitkovic. It's not possible for me to spend that kind of money. What do you guys think about those two doctors with that budget?

If you are looking for pure externals, both of those are good, but Russia is  Cheaper for the surgery.

Yeah external tibia is my goal. So $17,000 in the next three or so years sounds reasonable?
