Was just wondering if any of you guys do these exercises in the gym after you have done leg lengthening and has it changed much?
Was just wondering if any of you guys do these exercises in the gym after you have done leg lengthening and has it changed much?
You won't be able to perform calf raises for a relatively long period of time but leg curls will be fine only difference would be your strength at the start possibly so lack of flexibility depending on the person
