Your arms do look short in the last one. But you could very well start working out, with some muscle on that frame a think the apparent difference would go away.

Tbh I think 8 CM femurs would look the best. I always think the tibias only thing looks kind of weird when a short person has really high knees but the rest of them is small. With femurs, you can do a lot of lengthening and no one can tell in real life because it is hard to decipher where your torso actually ends and your femurs begin.
