I'm 21 years old about 5'5 in the morning weighing a little under 150 lbs and healthy. I am not very flexible though. I cannot touch my toes when I sit down and reach, only a few inches away from touching them. When I am laying down and try leg raises I can't get to 90 degrees, only about 65 degrees up. I don't exercise a lot anymore because of college and am sitting in my chair most of the day. Is limb lengthening a possibility for me and will my lack of flexibility mean I can't lengthen too much? Can streching more to loosen up the tight muscles help me?
