Can someone make femur mock-up for free?

Unfortunately, I'm unable to make a simple mock-up in order to gauge how I'll look in case of lengthening femurs for about 2.5-3 inches (6.5-8.0 cm).

If some of you know how to do the job and have a free time and will to help someone, can you do me a favor?

Have you checked the spam folder in your gmail? Maybe my mail got there and that's why you didn't get it.
