I have a bit of muscle on my shoulders, (not much).

I hate my shoulder width, i will never look wide unless i put on alot of mass.

Just look how aesthetic this guy looks without even much muscle

I want These shoulders too.

Training is useless because i would have to gain so much mass that i couldnt be flexible and athletic anymore.

Do you think that through CLL i could get such Broad shoulders?

I agree with T. your shoulders can become wider and it's not as hard work as you might think. It's more of consistency than anything because it cannot be built in a day of hard work no matter how hard you work. You can put slabs of muscle with medial delt and back work that will make you appear bigger. Much bigger than the guy you pictured.

You will never be genetically elite in that area but you can become more than competent. The standard for that picture you posted isn't too high lol.

Yes it will take a while.

No you do not need surgery to fix it.

Work for it and you'll get it. It's within reach. Twas life.

Of Course i can get bigger BUT I CANT put on so much mass because i want to stay athletical.

Im NOT A BODYBUILDER!

It sucks because i cant look wide until i put on 40 lbs of muscle (which is absolutely to much)

All it will take is about ~10lbs for upper back and delt mass to surpass the guy in the picture. That's a far cry from a bodybuilder. You will be okay.

If you Train your shoulders they will get at first more fuller, it takes years to make them really more wider.

I dont want to bulk up through weightlifting, i want to stay at calisthenics which through i never will look wide.

I dont want to train serveral years to look wide, i want to be wide and aesthetic in young years not in my early/mid 20s

I'm not sure what you're expecting for an answer...But even if you went through surgery (If there is such a thing to fix that) it would take months to lengthen and then months to consolidate. It wouldn't be a slow process. ESPECIALLY if you had to save up money first.

Why do you even want to have wider shoulders? it won't give you any boost in terms of dating.

anyways the guys are right, if you want to look like you have wide shoulders then the first option is to lose all the fat you're carrying(which is alot judging from the first pic)

here is a guy who has a similar frame to yours in the before.

Can someone please rate my shoulder width?
