Do every day the downward facing dog yoga position with your legs straight. It's one of the best stretches for the calves and achilles tendon

4.5 inches, I can sprint though and balance, climb stairs, go down stairs. (several months post frame removal)

I can do a little over 6 inches on both legs, heel comes up at around 6.5 - 7 inches.

I've done yoga and martial arts for 10 years though.

6" righ 4,5" left(which is understable since i have bigger problems with that leg).

Thanks Polycrates for this topic.

I thought I was kind of good flexible, I did hurt my left ankle 2 months ago and it is still not healed.

But I am Pre LL and my results are :

2 Inch for left leg

3 inch for right leg ...

Need to start working on it asap ...
