We have in Brazil: LON, LATN, + other externals.
We also have: ISKD and Precice 2. I'm scheduled to do Precice 2 here in são paulo in September

May i ask how much are u paying for?
I wonder if there are cheap doctors that perform LL here in Brazil, i still couldnt find one.

Definitely not LON femur. Complication is too high. There is a reason not a single US doctor even offers it. They know they will be sued up the ass with 1 bad case.

LON femur is feasible but not recommended. And, for 5'0, you must do femur + tibia and reach the maximum amount of lengthening, otherwise you will be still very short. I am 163cm myself so I guarantee I am throwing the best suggestion.
