Im 5'4 and have thinish wrists about 5.5inches while my elbow breadth is 2.25 inches Whats the chance my femurs are too thin for the nail? Id contact a doctor but I havent the time to travel to india or ukraine this year.

People much smaller than you with smaller bone structures have gotten this surgery done. I think you will be fine.

it's possible that yours will be too small. Precice in particular has nails for very petite people, but you can't weight bear on them.

It's not unheard of to get external lengthening done because one's bones were too narrow.

So 5.5 inches are too narrow... I wonder since Im quite borderline if LATN is an option instead. Im 5'4 (163cm) avg height for a female but short for a male and not particularly short...

 I only found one diary for singaporean dr. Singh, a girl who was 145cm but her bones were too thin for internal. I dont mind having to sit in a wheelchair just as long as I can get internal done.

Get a bilateral femur xray done and send it to the LL specialist to determine whether internals are appropriate for you.

While I was lengthening my femurs, there was a young asian lady getting her femurs lengthened 8cm and i'm fairly certain if the nail fit in her it would fit in you.
