You don’t have the shoulder width. Your frame is already small for your height I can tell by the first picture.

I’ve always been against arm lengthening personally because no one notices it plus I wouldn’t do it unless they can do the forearms too.

if people really care about proportions I don't think they should do humerus lengthening. It will make your forearms look even shorter. and as far as I know no trustworthy doctors...
