Depends on many factors(if growth plates are fused basically), yeah of course it is possible, you can grow 2-3 inches after 18, with LL, that's no scam

Some people naturally grow several inches after 20. Some don't grow a millimeter after 14. It all comes down to luck.
Can you grow a full beard? Do you have chest hair? Is it easy for you to put on muscle? Is your frame broad? Is your voice deep and completely adult-like? These are all signs that your natural height growth is done or almost completely over.

100% if you do sports, eat healthy and sleep as much as you possibly could. I grew 1 inch = 2.5 cm after 21.

that doesn't happen but posture may improve posture, although most people can't grow in bone length after epiphysis are fused

The average male grows about 1.25 cm between 18-20.
