if you do lat expercises and makes a good round delts plus if you manage to have narrow waist line then you can look very good.  if you look at lee haney and flex wheeler these two persons has the most narrow waist i have ever seen.

It exists and it’s even easier than femur or tibia lengthening,unfortunately No one seems to do it in cosmetic wise in Europe,I already contacted  5 limb lenghtening doctor, 3 of them said that they do it but only if there is some problem

last year a guy did it who was skinny and his reason was that he was too wider in clavicle bones when i see his photo he was a normal skinny guy but he may had some dyshoria.  go for widening exercises in gym rather han invovling yourself in some foolish dreams.
