I actually found my own mathematical formule for this LOL
But Idk how to explain.

edit: 0.52 >(or equal) 87/x >(or equal) 0.50

for your range, if you dont care about proportions;

87/x >(or equal) 0.50

I calculate for you and the maximum height for your SH is 174cm.

But trust me, f** it LOL. I have a lot of 180cm friends who are as tall as me, 174cm, while sitting.

edit: The formula calculated the MAXIMUM HEIGHT where your torso will be more than a half of your height.
above 174cm, your body will consist of legs more than the torso.

It's not a big deal, it's just mathematics.

second edit: There's an easy way, just double your sitting height to see the maximum height you can achieve for good.

my sitting height is 90cm, 90x2=180cm would be good for me.
If i had 2 surgeries and I stand tall at 185cm, my SH/H ratio would be lower than 0.50 which is the lowest possible.(considered)

Okay I reckon 0.49 is still in normal range so I would push it a little to 176-177 just because being under 5'9 my neurosis would still persist
