Height: 1.63 53 kg
25 December 2019, I had cosmetic length extension surgery with (precice 2 method).(femur&antegrede) Today I'll be 3cm 4.5mm with my last extension..

one day making three extensions a day..0.25x3:0.75 mm   this is my doctor's planning
I'm trying to improve my English not well, sorry for that. Thank you for your understanding, . If I mention the time it's been through the surgery.

2 legs at the same time..
Because I'm weak, I can walk with walker's help. Other than that, I'm in a wheelchair..
When I leave surgery, my first pain threshold is 10/5.5-6
I spent the first night with painkillers between 10/3-3.5
It was a less painful and comfortable night for me than I thought..
   
The pain threshold of 5 days is at intervals 10/3

I didn't have any pain in the time since I got home. I've never used painkillers until today. Of course, we'll see what happens after 4 cm

I woke up around 10:30.. After a nice breakfast I read some books...
I spent my day playing Cs go&Pubg..

I'll do my extensions right in time. I'm very careful about that..
   
   
It's my 55th day after surgery.
I continued without any problems
No pain..
      
I drink one Supradyn a day.

Like always I started the day with a beautiful breakfast after that ı finished reading the rest of my book and played some computer games.

I do my lenghtening like my doctor said to me.. I use 1 gr supradyn daily.
Next week ı will visit my doctor to check the lenghthening process.
I’m really greatful with my doctor because since I came to my home I haven’t used even one painkiller... 

I didn’t believe when my doctor said to me that ı won’t feel any pain but now I see that he was completely right!
I definitely recommend my doctor to everybody! Right now I reached 4cm without any pain.
If I do feel pain ı will write here trust me. See you everbody have a nice day👌

I woke up and made a nutritious breakfast including high protein for my limbs. I did my daily limb lenghtening..

my pain is no leak

My brother had an engagement today.
   
But I couldn't go because I was in a wheelchair.
I'll be standing up for your wedding.   

We've done it to celebrate the barbecue party
   
I did my routine extensions..
   
I don't have pain.

I can't go out because I'm sitting on the 5th floor.   
It makes me so sad..   
Because there is no elevator..I sit on the couch as I go down the stairs..2 people are lifted from the right and left and lowered..   
I feel sorry for this one thing.
   
I'm patient...
I'm strong as a character...   
deciding to have surgery from my two legs at the same time..
