precice 2 nails grow 8 cm..
I had surgery on the upper leg..


I know friend has two sessions from the upper leg..
But I certainly don't recommend it..
Another friend stretched 9.40 cm from his upper leg ( lon method)

In my opinion ..


up to 20% of the bone length

I would recommend 2 sessions to extend 12 cm
