Did you guys try with Innova Inversion Table to get taller? I really would like to know your experinces.
As I know, it is at least helpfull to prevent you from getting shorter.

Anecdotally I've heard of people gaining very small amounts (less than half an inch) that went away once they stopped consistently using the table.

According to mainstream sources you'd only be regaining height you lost (if you're older) or unlocking your full height if you have back problems that stop you from standing completely straight.

In any case I think it's definitely worth a try, even if you have to do it consistently to see results.
