Nah, looks good. Just a suggestion tho, you could try a baggier look with your dress. Go for shirt size +1 of what you currently wear.

4cm look ok but you need to put some weight and muscles to look better because your body is almost childish.
If you bulk a little and with 4-5cm added you'll be an another person literally.

I know I have already long legs and short torso in length and narrow shoulders(34cm)  so I should definetely bulk but I dont know will it change a lot my appearance.
