Height: 168 cm – 5ft 6
Inseam: 32 inches – 81.3 cm
Wingspan: 5'10 ½" – 179 cm
Sitting height: ~86.5 cm – 34 inches

Overall, based purely on these numbers how much would you advise me to lengthen? I apologise for making all these proportion threads, they're eating me inside. I wanna reach 5'10" (182 cm morning height is really tempting but my that's pushing my proportions to off territory but apparently 5'10 looks ok visually) but it's not viable on one segment so I'll have to do two, but according to some it'll be really hard to recover with two segments fully with all that trauma and Movie had very slight loss of function with one despite doing well, so I can't fathom any more athletic loss than that

On the other hand my inseam is already pretty long for my height and sitting height isn't great.

Would like opinions from veterans.

damn tht wingspan is huge. it will help. but still consider 5'9 or even 5'9.5 instead of full 4. thts so much gait lost and a very long recovery time.
but tht wingspan tho...i was 5'8 pre ll and only had a wingspan of 5'9.5.

Do you think I can claim 5'10 if I get to 176 cm?

Most guys claim to be 5'10 at 1m75-76 to be honest Do my proportions seem like my growth was stunted

I am 1m77 and I claim to be 5'9 to piss off those guys Do my proportions seem like my growth was stunted

But is it technically okay to say I am that? I'll be 5'10" right out of bed and 5'9 ⅛" at the end of the day

Based on these proportions you definitely can pull off 5'10" but obv I wouldn't know for sure unless we had a pic. The only downside is that your sitting height would be slightly below average.

I believe your "real" height is about 7 hours after you are out of bed. But if you want to claim your right out of bed height, its your choice as well.

My sitting height is the only thing that has me concerned right now, I'm thinking about doing 4 inches to be 5'9.

i am just a bit over 5'10 now post op but i claim 5'11. in any normal shoes im like a bit over 5'11 so its a very acceptable claim.
yea u can definitely claim that as long as ur 5'10 in shoes then its a very solid claim. sometimes ppl claim absurd heights like 2 inches off and that just exposes their insecurities to others. but ur claim wud be perfectly fine dont worry.
