LL is faaar more extreme. I used very light anabolic steroids 6 years ago to get lean and show off a 6 pack and I used that during a 6 week routine / afterwards I did all sorts of tests and I was perfectly fine. If you do heavier steroids (for muscle growth) in the long run.. like 10 years, you will probably die. Nobody uses steroirs 10+ years. Vene professional body builders compete between 18-25-6 years of age or maybe 22/3 - 29/30 but 10 years is absurd.
